We can remember reading about the A45 when it was launched back in 2012… it seemed really unlikely to happen, extremely insane and probably unnecessary. But we are SO glad MB followed through!
Despite its lairy looks this car still manages to catch you off guard. When you get in you are quick to put your belt on, but the first set of traffic lights really do leave you thinking a HANS device might have been more appropriate.
Presenting in excellent condition, this A45 looks like it has covered half the KM that it actually has… more then likely due to the cautious owners it has similarly looked after in the past. with its original delivery books and regular services documented this car is sure to see its next lucky owner safely into the future.
Riding slightly lower then most A45’s you see on the road (on top-spec BC Racing Coilovers which feature height and damper adjustability), and sporting a couple of small exterior updates from later models, this is not only one of the fastest hatches that we have ever had the opportunity to drive – its pretty well up the top of the ranks when it coms to being one of the better looking too. The Polar White exterior, with Black Nappa leather and Red highlights on the inside (with Carbon Fibre Trim pieces, naturally) is such a classic “AMG” look but really does make this hatch feel as premium as it drives.
We’re listing this one for a little under half its RRP when new, and with less then half of its life lived – We think it represents awesome value.
